Jeff and his team with ANR are exceptional! This was our second time using them for repairs after water damage occurred in our home. They are incredibly timely, we were able to get an estimate to insurance in under 24 hours after Jeff was able to see the damage, which really helped us move things along. ANR Restoration did an outstanding job restoring my home after a fire. We had some fire damage, along with water damage in the crawl space, and their team handled everything professionally and efficiently. From start to finish, they communicated clearly, showed up on time, and made sure every detail was taken care of.

ANR restoration did the mitigation and restoration of our home. Chelsea, the office manager answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Lindsay and her crew did the mitigation and kept me informed every step of the way as to what was going on. When the insurance finally decided to pay Jeff came in and did the restoration. He answered all of my questions and came back to finish a few things. We have a new home now.

Fantastic experience! Jeff, the Owner, came and did the initial evaluation of our water damage. He quickly sent out Chris who got all of the drying process underway. Wyatt and James checked on the progress daily until complete, even on the weekend, explaining where we were at in the process the whole way.
Had a sump pump failure. Ended with about 4-5 inches of water. After it was drained and a new pump called around and ANR had the best estimate- also the details of all parts of the project was provided- extremely thorough. They have been great to work with. Awesome communication and the their work ethics cannot be beat. Very happy with their work and would definitely recommend.
